The material is a cheap looking velvet. The fit was perfect.These pants were a nice texture. However, they were definitely too long!I really wanted these dress slacks for Christmas, but started looking too late. They arrived exactly when they said but it was early January when I got them, too late for the holidays. My fault!!! I love the wide waist band and the material.nice quality and fit. especially like that it has pockets.Very nice and comfortable.I should have bought a smaller size.I am 5'4/123lbs and XS fits well. The length is good too. Ordered them in two colors. The brown pants look very elegant with an ivory color blouse and beige color shoes. The black pants will go with everything.However, she loved it so much she's making adjustment in waist. Love the color and it's richness. Thank you.
