Comfortable lounge pants that my wife refers to as genie pants. The "occasions" part of the description lists hiking as one of the activities they would be good for, and I'd disagree with that as the material is very thin and probably wouldn't hold up out in the woods. Other than that, she recommends sizing up one size. The L is listed as 12-14, but she says the waist is tight and since it's elastic, there's no way to adjust the fit. She is very short, so adjusting up one size shouldn't be an issue since the style of the pants is meant to be above the ankle.
