Just finished a bicycle ride through a light rain (over 1 hour rain, 2 hour ride) in the mid 40's. Fit was comfortable. The rain didn't penetrate, soak or linger on the material and I felt very comfortable the entire ride. There was no sweat build-up so the garment was very breathable without sacrificing its wind resistance or warming ability. There was no problem in the upper rear which is generally common with the less expensive bicycling pants. These pants held their position, no creep.Note that this garment uses "Dintex" which has similar characteristics to Gore-Tex and it works. Amazing when you consider the price. My only objection is that the pockets are too far forward and should be more along the sides. I also would like the material in the pocket to be more hardy instead of the very light, seemingly easy to tear, material currently there. Also, I don't personally go for zippered pockets and prefer, instead, the type of pockets that hold their content via garment pressure as they eliminate any possible zipper breakage while allowing for easier and quicker content availability. If there's an insistence on a zippered pocket, make that in the low side (for valuables like money and/or keys). The lower leg zippered part is looser than what I'm used to but it didn't present any issue. I think it's meant to fit over an over boot but I always place my over boots on the outside of the pants. It's not a problem and, I suppose, offers more choice. This product is an excellent buy and I'd highly recommend it. For size knowledge, I'm 5'10" and 205lbs. and I ordered (accidently) the 2X large. I think I could have probably been okay with the extra large but this worked. My stats, 6'2" tall, weight 200, waist 37 inch.Normally I would order xtra lg. Ordered xx lg, they are snug but comfortable.Warm and windproof, no moisture retention.⁹The pants are warm and comfortable. Haven't really tested their water resistance. I followed the advice of other reviewers and bought larger than I normally wear. I'm 5-9 and wear 30" length pants. XL fit well.I like the feel of the material, but had to send them back due to being very small. I am 5' 10" and 195 lbs. 36" waste. I purchased size XL and it is closer to being a medium. I will probably reorder and try an XXL.Shipping was faster than expected. Pants look to be much more durable than anticipated. Fit well, just a tad smaller than I hoped. But being able to ride in the winter now should fix thatThe pants fit great! I am a woman and I couldn’t find women’s cycling pants that were loose with pockets. They feel really warm too! These have been a very welcome addition to my gear and are comfortable and affordable. My husband uses them for bicycling.
