It seems like I've had it longer as I've used it almost every day since purchasing. LISTEN!!! The stretch is SUPER comfortable, I am 5'2" and 145 lbs and got a M, I could have really gotten a S. It is so comfortable to work out in and the my sweat game is off the chain! Lol Not to mention it helps with the cellulite as well...I do use my hot cream though and sweet sweat as well so it all helps. I mostly walk daily and this is my favorite I've ordered another one...S this time. I do machine wash it and hang dry it outside. The only thing I don't like is that it holds in some odor so you may have to soak a bit to get the musty sweat smell out but other than that I highly recommend this product. I bought A sweat vest on Amazon and with both of these on I have to change as soon as I walk in the door cause I'm so sweaty I almost feel slimmy. The only I don't love but is expected is that sometimes they start to feel like I'm sweating so much it's coming through which would be embarrassing but when I look I don't see anything it just feels that way. They have A zipper on the side so if you lose weight you can pull it up and still wear them. I'm 207 pounds and 5'2 so I got an XXL and was A little worried about how they would fit because of reviews but they actually only fit when I zip them so I probably should have sized down one.
