I purchased these in gray blue and army green in the L and XL. I felt like the gray blue was true to color (more of a deep navy than gray, but still as pictured) and the army green was slightly greener than pictured, but still very "army green".Overall, the fit was nice. A modern taper that wasn't quite a jogger, but not a tailored work pant either. Really quite a nice mix of casual and clean cut. The linen itself is rougher than some, but might soften up with washing. The weave on the two colors I got is tight enough that there's no skin tone or under garments peaking through. Both pairs I got have the drawstring, which faces the outside of the pant. I think for most people this would need to be tied for the pants to stay up. On both pairs the drawstring is made of linen and is SUPER stiff - like sticks out and tents lightweight cotton t-shirts. I had to fold it inside or do a French tuck to avoid this. Maybe this will soften with washing? I don't know, but it's weird. Seems like the drawstring could be made of a different material and/or face the inside of the pant. Pretty minor issue, so I give these surprisingly chic and affordable linen pants a thumbs up.For things more specific to how the pants fit me: I am 5'10", 170ish lbs, with a 33" inseam. Most pants just don't fit unless they're long/tall. These were more of a cropped pant than an ankle pant on me, but still well within acceptable (so many ankle pants end up as weirdly tight capris). I actually preferred the look and length with the hem folded over just once, more because of the look than the length but I was able to do so because the pants weren't already too short.I am a small US 12 that wavers between size 10 and 12 or medium and large depending on the fit and brand. My natural waist is 32.5" and my hips are about 45". I don't have a hugely curvy booty, butt (ha ha) it's definitely not flat so pants and skirts tend to get tight around my mid hip/butt first. I ordered the XL and L because I was worried these would have smaller (Asian) sizing. I didn't have to worry. In fact, I could probably have fit a M if I wanted a slimmer fit. The large fit loosely with no overly snug places and room to spare in most areas. The XL wasn't that much bigger, so I worry that these aren't terribly size inclusive.I bought two pair of these trousers to have something cool to wear in the summer heat that looks a bit more refined than jeans or shorts. They aren't super high quality but they really aren't bad at all. They're definitely cool and are super comfortable. They stretch out a little over the day and, of course, wrinkle like...linen! They wash up fine (even in a hotel sink) and dry pretty quickly if you hang them up. Again, they're linen, they wrinkle. I spritz mine with a little wrinkle releaser spray but don't iron at all. To my mind they're way too casual too worry about ironing.I got size L in black and khaki (which is lighter and grayer than khaki, almost off-white), and I feel like I could wear them almost anywhere. They have elastic waist (which feels loose by end of day but there IS a tie), and there is elastic at the backs of the ankles. It seems odd but does keep them from feeling sloppy. They do have pockets which are great but my phone (Google pixel) does not feel secure alone in them. The back welts are not functioning pockets. They are, as I said, comfy, go-almost-anywhere trousers that are great for summer and wash up easily. They won't last forever but, for the price, I think they're a good deal. These pants are fabulous! A little heavier weight linen than expected, which means I probably won't use them on my tropical beach vacation, but I do live in the desert, and I can wear these pants to work. I got them in the dark blue grey which is a lovely gunmetal color--a nice break from my usual blacks. I got them in a large, and I wear an 8-10 in jeans. They came up pretty high on the waist and were a bit loose, so I rolled the waistband over once, but after I washed them, they fit better (I did dry them in the dryer on low heat, but I had been hoping for a bit of shrinkage, and I got it. They also shrunk just slightly in length, so now hit my ankle perfectly. I'm 5'6"). I like the pockets, but do wish they had real back pockets too.Overall, for the price and quality, I'm pretty pleased with these. Even if they aren't lightweight, the quality of the fabric means they should hold up pretty well. These were much better quality than I expected. They fir well and are flattering. I took off a star for inconsistency: I ordered dark grey and lt grey and got two different pants. One is a full elastic waist; the other has back elastic and a drawstring. The drawstring pair is much longer than the pair with a full elastic waist and will need to be hemmed. Also wish they came in navy.4 stars bcuz overpriced otherwise would’ve given 5 stars.I was skeptical buying these because I’ve returned so many linen pants in the past so I’m always looking for the perfect spring/summer/fall linen pant. These are it! First, the fit: I usually wear 12/14, am 5’4” 170 pounds with a thinner waist and I live that you can tighten the waist if needed, my waist is much smaller than my hips and I hate pants with wide waistlines because they’re always too big in the waist for me. Anyway, I ordered xl and the fit is just right, not baggy and not tight but with enough looseness to give the pants a nice flow and make them easy to walk and sit in. I love the tapered leg! The ankle is not tight. I actually fold the ankle up by two folds to give them a hip capri look. These pants are so soft after a wash on gentle setting and hang dry then iron lightly, you need to either iron them or throw them in the dryer for only 5 minutes on medium heat because that little amount of heat reacts with the linen and makes them super soft making them hang lightly and flows well.I love these pants and have bought more, first one in dark khaki which is a gorgeous color exactly like the photo, then I got these in gray and light khaki.Hate that they’re over priced (should price these at $27 instead of $37. shame on the supplier) but They’re the very best quality linen pants I’ve found in years.LikeLa calidad de la tela es excelente el problema para mi gusto es que el modelo es tiro muy alto me queda arriba de la cintura. Y muy grande. No es lo que pedíNice light pantspaid way too much for these pants, fabric extremely cheap.Perfect fit and fast delivery. Will be buying another pair!
